i lay stillA Poem by J.F.Viramontesthis poem is about how if you stand still pretend evrythings ok your life gos no were that you want it to belay still... i feel the wind... i hear the sounds of the past and all of my lies wich block my path, i lay still... i feel the wind... i see your eyes they still mezmerize traping me in there beauty again i fall, i lay still... i feel the wind... the grass grows hides me frome view im safe im warm is this my true home, i lay still... i feel the wind... i hear the voice but i ignore it and stay hidin in my lost world, i lay still... i feel the wind... you tuch my lips a tear grows but fades down as it freezis on my cheek, i lay still... i feel the wind... my body turns cold my lungs give out my heart stops my eyes grow old, i lay still....... but no longer feel the wind i tryd so long and now with out a doubt i am alone, and again.... and.... 4ever.... regretfully.................... i lay still © 2008 J.F.ViramontesAuthor's Note
