Capricornus

Capricornus

A Poem by Justin Tobey
"

I wrote this poem for a school constellation project. I don't really care for this poem, because it was very forced, but I might as well write it and get feedback. : )

"

Capricornus lights the sky,

Shining red and white.

Watching with his starry eye,

In the dark of night.

In the ice of Winter's grip,

You will grace the earth.

Flying through your yearly trip,

Dusk gives you rebirth.

God of nature you once were;

Pan your given name.

Wild places you did stir,

Spurning what was tame.
