Path Of Misery

Path Of Misery

A Poem by Niya Moon

Look,

Into the distance,

What do you see?

A dark destiny?

A happy ending?

Or nothing?

Hate,

It is in the eyes

Of our brothers,

The son's of our

Mothers.

We try to hide from the

Evidence, that we to,

Smile and hide,

The hate

We to fill,

Inside.

Is our Destiny?

To hate,

And hide,

With a smile,

And a lie,

The anger

Our hearts buy?

Do we get a Happy Ending?

When all is said,

And done?

To see the light again,

To reflect again,

The good that we find.

Nothing,

Is what I pray for.

To live a life,

With out shame,

Of what has not come.

For no one,

Knows their future,

But if you do,

I pity for thee,

For you only know

A path of Misery.
