City Under The Sea

City Under The Sea

A Poem by Panda
"

dun dun dunn!!

"
Deep down, far below the waves
On top of the ocean bed
Are rows upon rows of sunken ships
Which have now become homes of the living dead

Their hearts have been ripped out
By a witch thousands of years ago
They move like helpless puppets
And their eyes are as black as coal

They lost their faith in god
Whos souls he couldn't safely keep
They're trapped in a painfully numb dream
Even though they never sleep

They have become poeple without heart
Emotions or thought
People who've lost their souls
To the powers they greedily sought

Now they're bound in chains
Prisoners in a city under the sea
Tied down by their own selfish wants
Until the rest of eternity

Not bad. Sounds like where I'll be when I die.
