The Spider's Web

The Spider's Web

A Poem by Panda
"

yeah :/ ...... nothing to say ^_^

"
A dangerous silky web
Is woven by a sly spider
The insects come pouring in
Making its meal selection wider

Choosing its victim

It takes a bite and paralysis the prey
And when the blood is all gone
The guilt still does not weigh

Satisfied, it walks away

The other flies struggle to break free
They don't want their lives ended
With such a painful misery

And slowly one by one

They get drained dry
And soon there's no one left
Until more come flying by

And once again

The spider shall be fed
And it's beautiful web
Shall be stained a bloody red

Very true, some times the beauty we see and feel can destroy us and at times it just bring us alive to understand what life really has in store for us.

The conscious positive lessons we learn then become our true joy.

I like the way you write.

~Smiles~ Thank you :)
To me, this is about being lonely and resorting to inner battles, kinda like how that movie Sucker Punch was in the preview for it, you're fighting a billion different monsters all at once in your mind and it's sucking your dry taking you for all you're worth and all around life continues merrily and you have to just be okay somehow and try again for hope. The writing was worth the read.
