You could see yourself

Through my eyes

How I see you

Is 100% difference

I've never met someone like you

But I've been similar to you

I once saw myself the way you do

And in some ways I still do

Sometimes I feel

That there's nothing I can do right

That I was just a mistake

And when I was that way all the time

I cut myself

And I watched myself bleed

But now

I've gotten through it

Thanks to people

That never left my side

Not even through a second of it

And over that

I feel

I've conquered my emotions

And I want you to know

That whenever you need me

I'll be here

I won't leave your side

Hope to die

Believe the words

I speak
