Forlorn Chum ’O Mine

Forlorn Chum ’O Mine

A Poem by Siddharth
"

A crony o'mine was torn apart on having found out that she lost her soul for good. Wanted to revive the same again but she submerged into a deepest ocean of shaken tremors.

"
Never I pondered a too close companion would be filled with downcast
The lass would not revive from her shaken past
Oh Lord! Bestow your matchless deeds in her
Entwine the shadow like a soft fur

What in the world could possibly bring her down
She forever and a day was jammed with frown
Not her way to encounter an unwanted jiffy
She outshone all creatures with a spiffy

Contemplates her soul to be crammed with a loss
Not wasted even a single flash to blame her swine boss
Voila! There she needs to gather some strength
For she can stretch at a length

A charming lass leaking the dark side of her personality
Needs to grab the invincible spirituality
Those who grasp the persistence to its core
Never they back down to stand up at the fore

Nice rhythm, and rhyming all the time, the hard part is done...? Unfortunately poetry to me is not some rhyming jargon that allows us to express feelings we never knew we had until we need a rhyme to pull them out. Keep at it. You'll have real feelings that you can communicate, you most certainly can rhyme... but every poet should ask is it good rhyme ... learning to speak in rhyme is well worth if you birth it, but not if it births you. Thanks I needed that.
