The Mourning Dew

The Mourning Dew

A Poem by Sidonna

Lost in the lotus flowers

A world away from here

Waiting for the witching hour

Thriving off of the fear

The rain washes away control

Wintergreen blinds my soul

Smoldering eyes burn through

Wise men tell no tales of me

Drunk on the mourning dew
