Immortality

Immortality

A Poem by Siddhartha

She loved him. He liked her. She loved more.

He read her poems. She listened: as he hesitated, then hastened.

Time passed. The skies turned. He died. His body burned.

His poems remained.

She read them sometimes. To relive what he said. To listen what he left unsaid.

I read this twice to get the true meaning of it. A beautiful, sad story.
