A Poem by stanley

Purple roses next to a red wine decanter with
beautiful dark brown walls moist by the heat
there laid the mirror capturing all reflections and
the ajar wooden door inviting the breeze from the ocean
the songs from the bluejays kissed the ambiance with love
her wooden Rocking chair remained empty, whilst
my nostalgia of her wrinkled smile moist my eyes and danced within my imagery,
her wrinkled hands steady firm on the handles
the empty wooden chair kept on Rocking without her
like a lingering moon without the star that's how i linger on the empty chair
with beautiful thoughts of her smile,
left in awe
the place has all her relics with her mending tools at the wooden table,
A open window to view the open ocean, the scenario is bliss
with the dancing white haze upon the mountain
entrapping the sunbeams and creating a color-coded rainbow
that's the dance of her heart charmed by the rainbow whilst the the wooden chair rocked
whilst my emotions were whirling.
