should i go on??

SHOULD I GO ON?

 

We might be miles away,

But you stand still,

 In front of me.

 

In my heart,

In my dreams,

In each and every thought.

 

And for the goal I achieve.

 

You are there,

Before my eyes,

To encourage me.

 

You taught me the lesson,

Never to look back in any season.

 

Ah! I had to move away from home.

We had to surrender to our grim fate,

Destiny had chosen us to separate.

 

In the world of millions,

Here I am alone today,

All by myself feeling sad,

While the rest are at ease.

 

Clocks have stopped ticking,

As life stands still for me,

But this world goes on at its pace,

Merrily by the grace of him.

 

Standing at the crossroads of life,

Where night falls at the break of dawn,

 Should I succumb to this hatred?

 

Or should I go on???
