Mind over Body During the year of 1936 the Second World War had broken out throughout Europe. Nazi was a word that was greatly feared by many countries within Europe. The lives of European citizen's were changed forever with the start of World War II interfering with their lives. Families in France lost there homes and many of their close relatives to military battles of which tore their country sides apart. Lives were ended within the countries of Belgium, Switzerland, and especially Poland. Another country that was impacted greatly that was relatively close to Germany was the country of Austria. The Austrian Chancellor at the time tried to co-operate with the German leader Adolph Hitler as much as possible, to prevent the destruction of his country from Hitler's iron fist. The Chancellor Schuschnigg had signed the German Austrian agreement during the year of 1936. This made Austria independent and free from war, but the only catch was that Austria's foreign policy had to be consistent with Germany's. This was Schuschinigg's best chance at appeasing with Hitler during a time of war, but Adolph wasn't appeased. Austria had lost its protection of Italy when Germany and Italy formed the Rome-Berlin Axis; Austria was now open to attack. During the summer of 1938 Schuschinigg visited Hitler in Berchtesgaden his summer retreat, to discuss Germanys business with Austria. Hitler only gave one demand, that his men would be given key government posts throughout Austria. Schuschinigg compromised with Hitler and he ordered his Nazi's to create as much chaos as possible. His plan was to weaken Schuschinigg's rule over Austria and in result letting Hitler stop the chaos by bringing his order to Austria. Giving Hitler the opportunity to conquer Austria and claim it as his own. It was in Schuschinigg's summer retreat Berchtesgaden during the year 1938 where and when this story began. Hitler had begun causing chaos throughout Austria; his Nazi's had raided and destroyed houses, lighted crops on fire, and killed innocent families. Franziska Fabien who was also known as Franz was hunting in the woods five miles from his house. At home his wife Lisa and two sons Terrance and Leopold were anxiously waiting for him to get back. The evening meal depended on Franz, he didn't plan on going home withought it. Franz had been stalking a large boar for almost two hours now deep in the Bavarian Alps. The boar was alone, snorting the ground every step it took, it seemed to be lost. Franz stroked his mustache as he slowly took aim with his silver barreled rifle. The boar in his scope Franz counted and fired. The bullet just missed the boar by two inches and the animal took off crying, Franz walked home empty handed. It usually took Franz by foot around an hour to get back home depending on the weather, but today was different. Something felt strange today; the forest was quite in this mid July day, too quite. Franz heard some footsteps and dove for some cover in some nearby bushes, if the town mayor knew he was hunting in posted woods he would have to pay a fine he can't afford. Franz brushed some of the bush back and saw a large party of Nazi's marching in the woods. Every one of them had a Tommy gun strapped to their chest, two pistols strapped to their belts, and rolls of bullets lying diagonally across their upper body. There were twenty-four of them he counted and every one of them looked as if ready to take out anyone who approached them. Their pace was fast as if Franz planned on following them he would be out of breath by the time they went by his house. The Nazi's seemed to be marching north towards the town of Berchtesgaden; it seemed as if they planned on attacking the town. The only thing that Franz was worrying about was the fact that they were moving in the same direction his family was in. It would be inevitable that the Nazi's would confront his household and family before they turned North West for the town of Berchtesgaden if they were heading that way. Franz could see his house in the distance, he had been following the Nazi's for almost an hour they were moving fast and knew exactly where they were going. Franz had to stop to catch his breath. Franz wasn't a fat out of shape man he was in fact very skinny, his muscle capacity just didn't match that of the Nazi soldier's he tried keeping up with. Franz leaned on a tree and breathed hard and deep. The distance In between the Nazi's and Franz had grown to thirty feet already. Shaking his muscles back awake he attempted running after them again curious to see where they were going. Franz could see his house fully now and was only half a mile away from it, if he sprinted hard enough he would catch right up to the Nazi's, especially since they had just stopped right in front of his house. Franz squinted as hard as he could to hopefully comprehend exactly what they planned on doing. His silver barreled rifle was cocked and ready to go, he would have to run closer to them to use it but it was definitely ready. Franz saw his wife Lisa open the front door and greet one of the twenty-four Nazi's. Her face looked cautious and she didn't hold the door all the way probably unaware of what their next move maybe. They both talked for a couple of minutes than Franz saw the Nazi whip his pistol out and kick Lisa right to the floor. The others had guns armed and were ready to take fire. Time seemed to slow down because by the time the Nazi had reached for his pistol Franz had sprinted at them and begun firing with all of his might. He saw around ten go inside of the house, the other fourteen seemed to be taking aim to Franz. Franz shot a couple of bullets and managed to hit two men. One was shot in the arm and the other was shot straight in the heart. Thirteen and a half more to go Franz said to himself while reloading his rifle behind a large Oak Tree. When it came to shooting from far away Franz was an expert at nailing his targets. Franz was only twelve years old when he shot his first buck right between the eyes from fifty yards away. Franz took aim and fired he shot four rounds and turned back behind the tree to reload. Four more men had fallen down, they hadn't discovered his hiding spot thank god but they were searching hard for him. He took some deep breaths and turned from behind the tree and managed to kill four more soldiers. There were five left now and to his luck they had discovered his hiding spot. Tommy gun rounds immediately embedded themselves inside the Oak's trunk and bark and wood flew everywhere. Franz had to leave his spot since he had been found, he had enough rounds left to peg off the rest of them but just not a clear shot. Franz was now only twenty feet away from his house, it would take him exactly a minute to sprint from his house and make it to the front door. These Nazi soldiers were smart, not to mention skilled he may have just killed many but the last five were standing strong. Franz began to count the time in between every shot and was able to determine when he could sprint to the next big oak. It was three seconds in between each shot; they began to slow down which had granted Franz's chances. He took his chance and right after the last bullet he jumped out and began firing. Franz nailed three of them but was hit with two bullets, one in his left arm and another in his right leg. Franz dove behind another big oak breathing hard and heavy. The last two were still firing at him. Franz's leg throbbed, pumping blood out as did his left arm. He tore some of his shirt off and tied it around his wounds, keeping as much pressure as he can on his leg and arm. Franz had enough rounds to finish the last two off; he just had very little time. Franz had no idea how his family was doing with the ten other soldiers inside, he prayed to God they were all right. His plan now was to finish the last two soldiers and storm into his house and attempt to save as much of his family as he could. His hair was wet with sweat and his clothes were slowly soaking up blood, his energy was draining and all he wanted to do was sleep. The sounds of the Tommy gun bullets slowly grew louder and louder as Franz awoke from dozing off for a couple of seconds. His heart began to pump faster, his muscles tightened and hardened. Franz stood up wincing when putting weight on his right leg. He loaded his rifle and turned from behind the oak and began to run and fire. Since Franz was limping he began loosing ground even though he was still traveling fast on his left foot. Two rounds fired and he shot one soldier in the hip the soldier fell down. When he took aim for the other he shot a round straight into his chest. Franz fell hard on his back as he lost his breath for a couple of seconds. He was closer to the house now; he could now hear his family screaming inside as they were being tortured. The injured soldier and the one that shot Franz both got up and walked over to Franz who was sprawled out on the ground. One of them aimed their weapon to his head while the other aimed at his chest, both of them were breathing and sweating very hard. Franz heard another scream from inside the house; it was one of his children. He couldn't lay here he had to get up, even if he was near death. They were dyeing inside and he had to save them he just had to save his family from this evil fate. The one injured Nazi that was pointing his gun at Franz's chest fired. Franz screamed as the bullet went straight through him missing all of his major organs, damaging nothing but his skin. Franz screamed long and loud like a lion awoken by a pesky field mouse. Franz grabbed his rifle and tripped the one Nazi on his feet while he shot the other in the face. He then turned to the one that was on the ground and shot him many times. The rifle was now out of rounds so he grabbed their Tommy guns one in each hand and limped to the front door. Franz kneed the door open with his left knee and pointed the guns at the first people he saw. The place was a wreck and he saw his family tied up in chairs being beaten and questioned while the other Nazi's raided the house. All of the Nazi's at once turned towards Franz at the front door and cocked their guns; a loud mechanical click was heard at once. Franz looked in no condition to fight, his chest was bleeding in two spots his right leg was soaked in blood as was his left arm. He winced in pain every time he moved or even breathed but he was still strong enough to hold his ground. The Nazi lieutenant who was questioning his family held a pistol to his wife's head, she was holding the two boys. "Drop it, drop the gun", said the lieutenant. "Drop yours and ill drop mine", Franz gasped. The lieutenant slowly lowered his pistol as he suddenly turned toward Franz and fired it. The bullet hit his right leg again and Franz fell to his knees firing the Tommy guns as he fell. Franz was able to kill four of the other soldiers in the room while falling onto the floor. Franz's face tightened as a streak of pain ran throughout his right leg. Three Nazi's tore his guns away from him and through him to the floor. "Call the other men in here, we need to take care of this b*****d", said the lieutenant. One of the Nazi's glanced out the window with a look of surprise on his face, "Sir I can't call the others back in". "Why not, just call them back in damit!" "Sir their all dead". The Lieutenant's mouth dropped almost to the floor at the sound of what his soldier said. "I was impressed enough when you managed to kill a couple of my soldiers in here but it sounds to me like we're messing with the wrong guy". Franz breathed heavily on the floor as his blood filled the creases in the floor panels; he looked to see the Lieutenant stride his way over to him. His large military boots making the wood tremble every time they made contact, like an atomic bomb being set off with every foot step. "The family and him are just about dead any way, mise as well raid his house and put him out of his misery anyway. Unless he wants to help save his family with a bribe ". The Lieutenant's left hand signaled two of the soldiers to grab Franz as he stepped over to his wife and two kids. The third soldier held a Tommy gun pointed at the family, one pull from the trigger and they would only breathe a minute more. The two soldiers grabbed Franz by the arms and dragged him toward his family. "Give me the house and your wife and you will have your children". "No", Franz said shaking as blood seeped out of him "I'm sorry it must be your thick Austrian accent because we only speak the same language I should be able to understand you". The Lieutenant turned and hit Franz in the face while kicking him in the chest at immediately after. Franz breathed harder than before his face and chest burning; he didn't think he would be able to sit up again. The Lieutenant yanked his pistol out of its holster and thrusted it into Franz's cheek. "Let me ask you again Austrian, give me…" The Lieutenant fell backward as Franz kicked him straight in his chest; he winced in pain as he did. Franz than stood with his foot at the Lieutenants throat and his pistol in his hand ready to fire at any second. "Now (gasp) let my family go and leave my home (gasp) before I kill you, "Franz said. "Kill them", screamed the Lieutenant. Rounds of a Tommy gun went off as the bullets twisted themselves into Franz's family. Franz turned and fired his gun at the soldier firing the Tommy gun, he fell dead instantly when hit in the throat. There were still two others and they threw Franz to the ground taking his gun away. Tears flew on his face as he saw his family limb as a family of dead boars, bleeding with tears still running down their faces. Franz screamed loud and hard. Tears ran down his face as he crouched down and swore to himself. The Lieutenant stood in front of him with his pistol again pointed straight at his head. The two Nazi soldiers held him as tight as they could. "I will kill you, I will kill you", Franz said. "Yes you will, just not today," the Lieutenant cocked the pistol and pointed it at Franz's head again. In the nick of time Franz thrust his body upward knocking the two soldiers on their feet and tore the pistol away from the Lieutenant. He aimed it at him and fired but the sounds didn't come out of his gun but another as he fell to the floor with a gun wound in his neck now, pain enveloped the entire side of his right neck. "You just aren't as lucky as I am; you always forget how many people there are. I'm not the only one in this room you know. That is the last mistake you will ever make Franziska Fabien. Franz was shocked that he knew his name but couldn't think he heard a gun shot and the Lieutenants gun was pointed at his face. He was blind by a bright light and didn't have any clue what was happening, he was convinced he was dead. That was the last assumption he ever made in his life. Franz awoke in a burning hot jungle; he was lying on a large tree branch probably twenty feet from the ground. It was the loudest jungle he had ever been in there were animal noises everywhere. Some sounded scary and some sounded dangerous, he was very glad he was in a tree right now. Franz went to touch his hair and realized that is hair had grown to his shoulders and he found that he had a full beard. He must look like Jesus, he thought. He had no bullet wounds, no cuts, no broken bones at all he was fully healed. Franz looked down and found that he had emerged from a cocoon that was wrapped around the tree branch. Its tiny little threads were wrapped all over his body; they were like threads to a spider web wet and sticky. Franz pushed away as many of the thread as he could than started to push himself out. His legs were very thin; his body seemed very thin almost as if he had been in that cocoon for years. He felt great, he had to be twelve times healthier than a horse, the only problem he had was balance on his weak legs. Since he was afraid of heights it became very difficult just to get his balance. Franz grabbed hold of some branches and began to make his way down. Only about twelve feet more to go when he stopped himself he heard a women scream amongst the noises of the jungle. Franz looked down and saw a thin woman with black hair running through the woods as fast as she could, she must have been being chased, but by who and what. Which made him think where was he and when. "I wonder if this is the afterlife", Franz thought as he began to look at his hands. Strange hissing and cackling noises emerged from the bushes of which the woman just jumped out of. Just in a couple of seconds what looked like marsupial looking velociraptors sprinted out of the bushes and sprinted almost twice as fast as the women was running before. They had the legs of kangaroos and long tails, necks, and faces of a dinosaur. Long spikes protruded form on their backs like wind sales, their hands were so long and huge they swayed at awkward angles as they ran. Franz had to do something whether he liked it or not he was going to see a poor helpless women be torn apart by these strange animals. Once the creatures disappeared Franz jumped out of the tree and began running after them. He was a little wobbly at first since his legs hadn't stood his body up in a while, but he managed. Franz felt fast he caught up to the strange creatures and kept a small pace behind them withought having them notice him. Franz noticed how much louder the jungle was since he was on the floor, many plants grew on the forest floor all of different colors and varieties some even looked dangerous. The monsters suddenly stopped, not knowing why Franz dove underneath some nearby brush and peered through to see what was happening. There were five of them and each one seemed to have a certain type of war paint on their scales. They also had what would seem to be ivory on the top of their middle claws, which made them extend another six more inches. They had feathers coming out of the sails on their backs and their arms, legs, and parts of their faces had brown fur on them. Franz had never seen creatures looking like this in his life. They had large cat eyes that seemed to seek out every bit of movement there was in the jungle. There was a twig snap high up in the trees and a branch with some leaves fell from a near by tree. Franz looked and saw the woman climbing as high as she could; he covered his face in his hands knowing that the monsters have now seen her. The monsters made some cackling noises and began climbing the trees. Franz had to do something he didn't know the women but he couldn't let her die like this it just wasn't right. Franz looked around trying to find anything he could to get the monsters attention and give the women another chance. Besides what would he have to loose he had already died once already, where else would he go. Franz looked around where he was crouching, thinking of anything he could do. Franz looked behind him and off in the distance a little he saw something large and hairy, it was sleeping. Franz could see its stomach heave up and down; he could just see it from behind another bush. The tip of its stomach expanded larger than the bush and then contracted to its natural position, not to mention the dull roars coming from it. Franz kept his head low and took a couple of steps toward it. By his feet were a couple of rocks some large and some small, Franz grabbed a handful. Franz looked around him the monsters weren't in sight, he had to be careful because he had no idea what or how big this sleeping creature was. Franz started throwing some rocks over the bush; some hit its expanding belly but did not awaken the creature. Franz looked back over the original bush he was at and he saw the monsters start to climbing the tree that the woman was up. The creature wouldn't awake and Franz was running out of time so he decided instead of rocks he would approach the creature and kick him or something. Hoping the creature will charge him of which he would try his best to lead it straight to the monsters chasing the lady. This place was so strange, he definitely wasn't home anymore. Franz pushed the bushes back revealing the beast; it was gigantic, like a small hairy mountain. Its stomach had to be at least seven feet high when it didn't expand since the beast was on its side. It had four stubby legs which were probably four feet thick. Along with a small head with a very long jaw, it had no lips so its teeth were bare all the time. It had a large horn that stretched horizontally three feet from its nose. Following that horn were other horns following it but not as big as the horn on its face. It had large floppy ears like a beagle, but bigger these were the size of garbage can lids. Its eyes were the hardest part to find for they were the tiniest things on its body. There were two black eyes on each side of the head that had large green scales around it, it looked as if for protection. Its whole body was actually covered in scales the beast just had a ton of hair on top of it. It was like a large dinosaur with a coating of long scraggly brown hair on it. Franz went over to the beasts head, making sure he had enough room to jump and run. Everything was set so he went ahead and kicked it in the jaw. Nothing happened it didn't even make a funny noise, it just kept on blowing hair in his face. The Woman screamed, Franz was just about out of time. This woman was going to die if he didn't wake this monster in time. Franz had an idea he used to do it to his hunting dogs at home when he wanted them to wake up. He walked over to the side of the beast lifted the flap of and ear it had and yelled as loud as he could. Just as he did the monsters from the other side of the bush jumped down from the tree and sprinted toward Franz. Franz turned around hoping that the beast was awake or else he would be dead. Franz turned and saw the beast was already on all fours; its horn was poking Franz in the back. Now to do what he did best. Franz sprinted as hard as he could toward the tree with the lady in it. Once he jumped through the bushes the monsters were already there waiting to pounce on him. Since he had a running start he flew by them like the wind and all they did was turn and whach him. Franz was running so fast that he managed to sprint up the tree and grab a hold of the nearest branch. Franz was now ten feet from the ground and continued climbing due to the size of the beast that was coming. The tree began to sway back and forth from what seemed to be the ground trembling since no one was at the base of the tree. Franz looked at the monsters begin to go towards the tree when the beast burst through the bushes permanently killing them, and dove right into them. The beast definitely had a strike from where he was; almost every single one of the monsters fell to the ground. Not to mention that the beast hit the tree, almost sending it tumbling to the ground. There was a scream from above him as he held on from the violent sways of the tree. Franz looked up to see the woman fall straight from the top all the way to the top of Franz, knocking them both straight out of the tree. They fell on the other side out of sight of the monsters and the beast. The beast had chased the monsters to the east out of its territory; it was only a couple of minutes before you could barley hear their squeals anymore. Franz opened his eyes to see the woman he saved right on top of him, staring him straight in the face vigilantly. "Are you okay", the woman said with a strange accent. As it turned out the woman was speaking English not German, thank God for his English studies or else he would be in a difficult situation. The only thing is that he hadn't brushed up on his English in a while. He knew what to say he just didn't know if it would sound right. "I'm Fine", Franz said amazed to discover that he had no German accent. "Dear God what happened to my accent, im not German anymore". "What", said the woman? "Never mind it's not important, but are you okay"? "Yes im fine did you hurt anything," she immediately began to search his body for any injuries. "Oh", Franz began to stop her from inspecting his lower regions. "I feel fine", Franz held her face and realized how beautiful she really was. He also noticed how much she reminded him of his wife, who seemed to have died eons ago. "Are you sure you're okay", she grabbed his hands and put them down. "Yes, now where are we what is all this, and where are you from"? The woman put a finger up to his lips," You ask so many questions, I have to take you to a safe place before the sun goes down". "What happens when sun goes down"? "The Jungle comes alive," she said with a worried look. She grabbed Franz's hand and began to lead him through the jungle at a nice running pace. Franz felt like he was running away after a nice night at the town bar, running with his true love. Except he hardly knew this woman, he was a baby in this world and so far almost everything had confused him. After about half an hour the lady climbed up a large tree and Franz tried to follow. "I don't have a lot of time since they are still hunting me". "What those monsters back their"? "Yes if they find me they will kill me and ill be lost in the future". "What are you talking about the future, are you saying that when you die that you go forward in time"? "Yes" "What happens when you commit suicide than"? "Your body is sent back in time in order for it to live the life you missed and give it another chance to move forward. It's the only type of time travel we have; lucky for you you woke up right around the age that you died in your past life". "But how do you know that, it doesn't make any sense how you know that". "Its because you were in your cocoon for so long, did some one hack you to death or something because it took you a long time to come back"? "I really don't want to talk about it, so who was the first person to experience this". "Oh well that's easy the Christian savior" "The Christian savior, are you talking about Jesus"? "Yes, you know how he died and rose from the dead it was because he moved forward about two eons into the future and once he figured it out he came back. It was you could say one of the best ways to get people to believe in him". "So where is he now"? "Trying to help rebuild the human population after the nuclear holocaust, you've got to admit he's good at it. Now anyways I need to tell you something that your wife told me, you need to go back." "Wait a minute how do you know my wife, how do you know any of this"? "Its not important, as it turns out by saving your wife and kids you can help prevent the nuclear holocaust of which the Nazi's will create if they are not stopped". "So all I have to do is die and hope I go back home"? "Well you have to kill yourself; no one else can kill you. You also have to keep on thinking about home when you do die. Your mind uses your past memories as a guide to send you to the place you were before you died. What happens is that if your mind doesn't have any new memories you die and it gives you knew ones by moving you into the future. So just make sure you remember home if you can alright". "Okay but how soon do I have to do it"? "Pretty soon since time is always moving, the faster you die the less time you will miss at home. It's the only way to save your family." "Wait a minute why are you helping me". "Because I was your wife's sister, the Nazi's came to my house to. In order to insure a life for me again I need you to do this, so that you can save my life to". "God this is confusing". "Not really when you do it enough times". "There's a cliff on the other side of this jungle, Ill bring you to it". "Okay," she yanked his hand again and they flew out of the tree. "It's getting dark soon so we better hurry". The two of them made it through the jungle in about half an hour, the sun set in twenty minutes so they had some obstacles to dodge. They made it to the cliff, jungle foliage hung over it, slowly dropping into the dark abyss. "Okay, now all you have to do is jump and your home free". "I'm not sure if I can do it, I just can't". "Don't worry I've done it thousands of times it doesn't hurt. Your body just makes you scared in order to prevent you from harming it, that's when your mind comes in". "But I cant; I just can't seem to use my mind to over come my body". "Just use your mind don't worry just use your, oh no Franz you have to do it now". "Why what's going on"? "Franz what you called the monsters have found us and if they kill you you will have no chance of saving your family and the world from nuclear destruction. Franz JUMP NOW"!!! The monsters came and they attacked what was Lisa's sister and almost killed her. The marsupial looking dinosaurs tried to carry her away into the darkness. Franz looked at the cliff and looked back at her, she reminded him of his wife so much. "Just Jump my life doesn't matter save your family," she said as they clawed her. "No"!!! Franz screamed as he charged the creatures and picked up a near by tree branch. He pounced on the monsters and began swinging as hard and as fast as he could. They put up a fight; Franz was starting to get many gouges and cuts on him. He fought them just enough for Lisa's sister to get away. She ran and turned back, she waved her hand to him and said thank you with tears in her eyes. Than she took off running, Franz would never see her in this world again. The monsters ignored her but continued to claw away and bite him enough to make him fall to his knees next to the cliff. He forgot he couldn't let them kill him or else he would be able to go back. Franz ran to the cliff but was tackled by another one of the monsters. Its hot breath on his face as it bit his juggler, he screamed in pain he was running out of time. Franz crawled to the cliff edge and stood up, hesitating on jumping or not even though he was slowly dying standing there. He turned around and they all threw their ivory claws at him like spears. Five ivory claws stuck out of him, he could see a light in the sky start to shine down on him. Franz fell to his knees his head bowed down, he was still alive only a couple more seconds and he would be dead. The lead monster sprinted towards him and opened its mouth ready to bite his head off. "No!!!" Franz screamed in the nick of time to see the monster almost pounce on him. He quickly turned and pushed himself off the cliff with all the strength he had left in him. The monsters mouth missed him, and he smiled falling as he it the grown to his own death not theirs. He did it, he was able to kill himself just before they could, thinking of home along the way down. A bright light blinded him and he stopped breathing. He inhaled loud and hard as he broke open the cocoon that he was wrapped in. He stood up and he was home back in Austria. He ran to a near by rive and discovered he wasn't himself anymore but was Lisa's best friend back in school Andre. Franz had short black hair, and was taller and thinner than he was before. The Nazi's must have gotten to him giving him his body due to his death. Before Franz ran home he ran to a nearby farm and stole some clothes to conceal his naked body. Franz ran home and saw himself shooting the Nazi's and enter the house with only a breath of life left. Franz ran hard and fast and by the time he entered the house he was already on the ground with the lieutenant's gun in his cheek. Franz broke through the window as Andre the old high school lover and tuck and rolled. The Lieutenant fired the gun into Franz's face sending him backward with blood everywhere. It was strange to see yourself die again. Andre grabbed one of Franz's guns and fired it at the Lieutenant and his other men. The Lieutenant turned around and screamed in surprise as he fell backwards with bullet holes in his chest. Andre was able to kill the other two soldiers easily since they were surprised as well. Andre turned and looked toward Lisa and the kids, they were alive tears ran down his face. "Lisa you're alive," Andre untied the ropes on them and hugged them as hard as he could. "We better get out of here before any more Nazi's come". "Since you killed the Lieutenant Hitler's army wont attack Austria now, we have a chance at winning the war now because of you," she kissed him on the cheek. Lisa moved by Andre and toward Franz, she hugged him and mourned over his death for many hours to come. She finally let go and agreed to get out of there while they had the chance. As they walked out Andre knelt down to Franz and closed his eyes. "Goodbye Franz, it was nice being you", Andre said. Andre than picked his gun up and ran after Franz's wife and kids. Andre and Lisa got married and rebuilt the house. It was 1944, the war was over, and Franz had found the life he had been waiting to complete. Franz was able to spend the rest of his life through self sacrifice to his family. Franz lived as Andre Lisa's high school lover in Austria happily ever after. © 2015 shukisrl
