Look Around

Look Around

A Poem by Shubham

Once in a short while, try to smile, and look at the world around.
You might see, a small honeybee, flying above the ground.
You might sense, the essence, of a freshly growing flower.
You might feel, a small ant's zeal, as it scurries through the bower.
Pay attention to your ear, and you might hear, a solitary bird's sweet song.
As it flies, ‘cross the skies, merrily meeting fellow birds along.
With the passing of days, we've become slaves, of stuff that we created.
Mother nature's gentle cove, and unconditional love, are now underrated.
A single look, at a flowing brook, showcases nature's beauty.
Leave your cars, and stare at the stars, admiring them is a duty.

Coming out of the tangles of wires and wear off the earplugs that blockades the essence of nature to be stirred in you....hmm...gotta look around sometimes...never know what precious will be stuck on eyes....like happiness!😊
