DetestationA Poem by Laoidhigh Uilleagan "I hate you" Poem for English
I hate how before every single performance,
you put on your coca base makeup to hide your cares. I hate how you pretend what you do, is okay just so you can hide your snares. I hate how you're an actor, who on stage pretends you're fine. I hate how thought out and well rehearsed, are your bread mold aged pickup lines. I hate how you're a techie, who does all the work backstage. I hate how you use that satin curtain, to hide all of that addicting shame. I hate how you're a director, who thinks you run how others act. I hate how you tell them blocking, that to only you it would satisfy and attract. I hate how you're an audience member, who wants to watch that kind of show. I hate how you laugh at your puppets, due to the fact your heart drowns so low. I hate how you're a fellow thespian, who thinks you know I want that scandalous life. I hate how you're overly conceded, to see past the muddy lies that cause you strife. I hate how you're my original muse, and how I ended up writing about you. And lastly the thing I hate most of all, is how you act like I don't hate you. © 2008 Laoidhigh UilleagReviews
