My Everything

Just about that amazing thing called love

Hand in hand
here we walk along this road.
No knowing
where it may lead us.
Both of our hearts in this
ready for the future.
Trust in one another.
Hope upon the both of us.
Two last souls
finally finding their way home.
Even a dreamer
could never dream this up.
Life could not be better,
things could not be sweeter.
This is what it is about
what everyone searches for.
We have what no one realizes,
but everyone can see it.
There is no going back,
now it is time to go towards the future.
There is no reason to rush this,
we have time on our side.
The love can never fade
because this is the real thing.
What we have
is what everyone wishes they had.
You are my strength,
you are what keeps me going.
With you by my side
there is nothing that I can not conquer.
With you by my side
I have the power to survive.
You are everything in me,
you are my dreams,
you are my reality,
you are the center of my being.
With out you
there is nothing left of me.
