The New Guy

A poem I made about a made up guy. Its about being shy and trying to get with him.

  I've been liking you for quite awhile. Being forward isn't my style. You seem different, so I really want to talk to you. I guess it won't hurt to try something new. I hope that you are also interested. I'm shy, my feelings are securely invested. I'm gathering all my confidence. I'm scared you'll reject me, my courage is tense.

  Yall see that guy right there? I don't know his name, but that's my destiny. Somehow I can read his mind. I'll be his it's just a matter of time. I'm not looking for the rush, but I follow the signs. I'm trying to be your friend. I got this story that needs a nice end. I really don't know if you have a girl. I'm trying to convince my heart that I'm not alone in this world. I really need you to see...I really need you to talk to me.
