A Poem by shoepolish

what do you do,
when you know it will end?
there's no going back
when you can't even pretend.

does it give you strength,
to know you will die?
will it make you laugh?
will you start to cry?

are our destinies set,
like afternoon tea?
does it matter whos next,
be it you, be it me?

camping in this
endless sea
my greatest fear
is letting it be

It was the title that drew me into reading this poem! =]
The poem was great! It had effortless flow and the actual concept or thought behind the poem really made me think as well. The last line: 'my greatest fear is letting it be' was a feeling that I could really relate to.
Good job on this one,
