Rainbow Girl

Let your colors show!

I see a rainbow.
It streams across the sky.

I want to camouflage into it, so I take a deep breath and focus.

Like a lizard I will blend right in, no one will see me.

WAIT! I cry letting out the breath I was holding.
No One Will See Me?!

NO! NO! NO! NO!
THAT JUST WON’T DO!

I want to be seen by EVERYONE!

So I take a deep breath and try again.

Suddenly a wave starts at my feet, and it explodes out of my mouth as a color filled song!

I’m RAINBOW GIRL!
Take a look, Watch my colors glow!

The BLUE of my love,
The GREEN of my envy,
The YELLOW of my fear,
and the RED of my rage!

With my INFRARED Hair and my ULTRAVIOLET skin

I’m brighter than the sun!

So take a deep breath, and go ahead, play with the COLORS of your heart!
