The Road is Tougher Then I Thought

Seating in my room looking at this tape over and over again racking my brain on how it happen, how it happen, then finding out that it was fixed. How could I not see the signs. It was staring me right in the face, right in my face...

"Fossil whats going on in here?"

"Nothing Lisa..."

"Baby, are you still going over it in your head? That fight is long over with you have to let it go. You are about to start fighting again, you have to stay focus."

"I know Lisa, I know..I think I will take a nap, and relax my brain for a while"

"okay, if you need anything I'm just in the other room"

Time has now slow down to a stop, Fossil Is in his bed and Lisa is in the living room. You will now be transported into Fossils dream everything you thought you knew has now been erased.

The time is 1 hour before Rick the manager called

"Fossil! baby! what are you doing? have you been drinking again! come on baby you know what the doctor said.." 

"Bang"

" Get out of here!" 

Tears falling from Fossil's eyes as he throws his awards across the room, while drinking a bottle of liquor.

"Bang!" "Crash!" "Boom!"

" What do I need this for, 8 years of my life spending it fighting, crap, fighting for you to have an expensive house just to loose it. I probably would have had money left over if you wasn't going to the store every dang on day and doing your hair and taking your mom to the store! what am I the bank? Just get out of here you are crowding up my space!"

" you know what Fossil.. you know what Fossil.. you lucky its the liquor talking, because I would have packed your stuff and threw it out the window long time ago! You know what you need to do, you need to sleep it off and get some act right. Because, I'm to good of a women to be dealing with this from you every day, Fossil."

" oh and by the way now, now you are living with me, so please stop asking me to find your stuff and put it out...MY HOUSE!"

"aaaa..."

Transporting back to Fossil's dream. Transporting to a dark dark room, only light in the room is a flicking candle in the window, next to a large oak armoire. Fossil is seating in the dark at the table holding a bottle of liquor.  Fossil has been drinking for 2 hours none stop and lifts the bottle to pour another drink.

"hmm..I... sh..hould have beaten Ronald.."

" baby why are you siting in the dark with just a candle, baby you know we have lights right! here let me turn on the light so we can see, its to dark in here."

Lisa reaches for the light

"DON'T TURN ON THAT LIGHT hmmm..."

Fossil knocks over the bottle as he reaches to point at her for wanting the light on

" Why fossil its dark in here, geez, Fossil you spilled the liquor all over the floor I am going to have to turn on lights anyway."

" I SAID DONT TURN ON THE LIGHTS WOMEN! DID YOU HEAR WHAT I SAID!!!"

"FOSSIL NOooo!!!"

Fossil wakes up from his dream in a cold sweat, tears running down his face

"NOoooo!!! LISA!!! BABY!!!"

Lisa rushes in 

"Fossil whats wrong baby, what happen?"

 

Fossil grabs Lisa with passion

" baby I'm so.. so.. sorry..I ..I couldn't have I wouldn't have Oh My God.."

"Fossil, what baby? what is this all about, why are you crying? "

" It was a bad dream and I vow to never ever, ever hurt you girl"

" Fossil you never hurt me whats going on, Fossil, please tell me whats the matter baby.." 

"I had a dream I was drinking like crazy and I hit you, baby did..I.."

"Baby no.. you never hurt me.. ooow.. Fossil"

"No..No... somethings got to change in me girl.."

" Baby its ok, we are ok"

" No it isn't! I need to be a better man for you Lisa and I'm starting now no more liquor, I'm done!"

"Okay.. Fossil...Okay"

Night comes and Fossil gets an unexpected visit from Rick, Fossil's manager

"knock" "knock"

" Hi Rick,what are you doing here so late"

"Sorry to disturb you Lisa is Fossil home I have to talk to him it couldn't wait until tomorrow"

"Ok, he is in the den, I'll get him, would you like to come in"

" No, I don't want to impose on you"

"Your not imposing on me Rick your like family come on in"

"Ok.. It will be quick I promise."

" haha.. don't worry about it Rick your like family do you want something to drink, juice, water, soda, beer."

" No I'm ok Lisa really"
