Catching DarknessA Poem by JoyriderThe poem is about pain and guiltProbing a peg to hang the pain, Pain runs deeper to the weeping soul. When soul breaks it makes no sound, But noise is all heard inside the head. When head don't make feel the present, Then present is all that we don't want. Wants had lead to a swollen heart, It beats, just to keep alive the hurt. Tried catching darkness from the night, Tried taking dirt away from the ditch, Vacuum is glowing inside with bright, Torrent is flowing upside in a twitch. Sorry is only a shallow word, Can't show what's beneath the head. Word hides all its virtues behind, And body splits what souls bind.
