Momentum

Momentum

A Chapter by Tim M

Spinning red, blue and siren
Stainless steel holding me in
Soft warm words, lingering smiles
Fall asleep but don't bat an eye

Down the staircase
They pile drive
I seem to be just their taste
Subconscious aside

Starry view, come isolation
Cabin fever is disintegration
Broken key, smash the door down
It's a coal mine cough, a shuddering sound

Down the staircase
They pile drive
I seem to be just their taste
Subconscious aside

Take my hand, stretch out your wisdom
See it through, look in the window
Pray your god finds you worthy
To carry on your momentum

Down the staircase
They pile drive
I seem to be just their taste
Subconscious aside
