Through the Looking Glass

Just a poem i wrote off the top of my head one day

Through the Looking Glass

Through the looking glass we see
A world perfect for you and me
A world full of mystery

Beautiful in the light
But in the dark as we'll soon see
Is a place no man should be

Hauntingly true though we slide down the hole
Into the world where raven's watch from trees of blue
Watching every thing we do
Spys they watch for Kalona there king

You hold me close
Both of us unaware
Of the danger coming so near

In fields of green we run around
As we get tired we lay on the soft ground
We watch the clouds disappear 1 by 1
Leaving us with only sun

Bubble's of purple fly in the sky
Made by a caterpillar
Sitting on a gray old stump

We say hello then walk away
To the castle tall and stiff
Very inviting or so we think
The ravens are still watching

A room full of mirrors we walk into first
Dark it now is as we walk around
Broken glass covers the floor
As well as red stains from the back door

We walk toward the door quietly
Open it I whisper to you
You open it slowly into the room
Where the blood spills from the ground

Sitting on an empty bench
Kalona sits thinking deeply
He clams the name Erebus the lover of Nyx

He looks up slowly
His wings of black like a cape around him
Looks to the door and says in a raspy voice to leave

The fallen angel so weak and unhole
Will wait for his A-ya till life it self is gone
Raper of woman, Evil of sin
Reaper of life
Creator of kin

Life stands so still for him
Without A-ya at his side
He mopes alone till the end of his time

We turn to run away back to home
Before the angel may change his mind
And doesnt let us leave with out lives

As we run away so dark and cold
Past the stump and through the field
To the rabbits hole in the cave
When something grabs hold of my arm
And bites down hard

From fear and fright I faint
And wake up in bed
Next to you the next day

I look to my arm
And there i see
Scars from Kalona
Who now i may call my king...

Sry for any miss spellings Lol, also my insperation for this was the song 'Brick by Boring Brick' by Paramore, Alice in Wonderland, and Tim Burtin and his version of Alice in Wonderland, hope u liked it =)
