The show revolves around freshman highschoolers Theresa, Tariq, Angel, Mariah, Elijah, Devon, Jordan, Jasmine. It focuses on the relationship between Theresa and Tariq.

EXT.  BUS STOP-DAY

 

Teenagers of all races are gathered on a sidewalk chatting, cracking jokes, laughing. There is a boy standing in a corner off to himself listening to his Ipod. He is oblivious to the crowd until a girl walks towards to join the rest at the bustop. She grabs his attention.

 

                        TARIQ

Stares at Theresa not taking his eyes off of her.

                        THERESA

Looking up from her notebook she notices Tariq staring at her. She looks at the crowd hoping he doesn't notice her noticing him.

             

The Bus arrives. Students are butting in front of one another to get on.

                         TARIQ

Motions for Theresa to go in front of him.

                         THERESA

Thank you.

                         TARIQ

(SMILES) Your welcome.

                         THERESA

WALKS to back of Bus.

                          TARIQ

It aright if I sit here?

                          THERESA

Yeah. (Opens notebook. Begins writing.)

                          TARIQ

You almost missed the bus.

                          THERESA

I know.

                          TARIQ

Did you wanna miss it?

                          THERESA

I guess.

                           TARIQ

Can I ask why?

                           THERESA

I don't like school too much. It's my first day too.

                            TARIQ

Maybe you'll like this one.

                            THERESA

Maybe.

                            TARIQ

Whats your name?

                            THERESA

Theresa.

                             TARIQ
