This, to me, is the crux of haiku -- speaking thru imagery. No break-thru of the poet's thoughts or impressions or analysis. Just pure uninterrupted imagery. This is what haiku is meant to be (((HUGS)))

I can imagine such a scene , at my grandma's house , looking out the window , the sounds of the train coming from a far distance while its raining . I haven't been able to visit her cuz of Covid , thanks Shelly for a lovely reminder .
