Don't Leave Me Alone

Don't Leave Me Alone

A Poem by sheila.j
"

short

"

I can't tell you how many times a night

I lie here and wonder how this is right

And I'm scared I'll never know sleep again

Because every scar I have is being reopened

I see how it's not beautiful to be broken

I know my words are everything but spoken

So please just take my hand tonight

And lay here holding me so tight

Because love I cant do this all alone

I'm begging you don't leave me on my own.

Simple and lovely. Short but good execution of mood was very well admired. Good piece.
