Wind

Wind

A Poem by Sheaj

WIND

How long have you, oh wind

Remind me of your ability to intervene

Oh, the pressures of the unseen wind on my skin

So unbearable, yet so soothing

The aroma of the pollen               -of the dust-      of the trees

Swirling over my trembling, fRaNtic kNeeS

They call for closeness, yet you oh wind blow so

                Gently that even,

Even the body stays still-----------------------------------

With mild, just mild wavering,

Oh wind! How I long to see you,

How I long to grasp the bits of jovial that blow

                So equally around my toes.

The wind I feel,

the wind that restrains

How can one describe your appearance?

When you, oh persistent wind that pelts

 can only

                 be felt~
