StrangerA Poem by shayneWhat if the friends you have can't bring you the comfort you need?
It is in abandonment that I felt failure
But with you it isn't right Couldn't get hold of my tears Even with you by my side How could you be helping When you couldn't hear me cry? My blood is dripping Even as we speak The secrets too shameful Hidden too deep Even with burning rage of anger I couldn't even weep I can't find comfort In the company you're offering The calmness in your voice Is nothing but soothing The reality of your presence Couldn't shy away my fears
