Save Me

Save Me

A Poem by shayne
"

A bit of a dark, angsty one :)

"
Touch me, hold me
Tell me this is real
Pull me up, warm me
The shivers
Won't make me stand still

The darkness
It's roaming
Threatening my defeat
It's eating
Right through me
And I couldn't make my wounds heal

Forgive me
For madness
For the wrongness I've become
Save me,
For I can't save myself

wow i loved it! it's short but it gives plenty of emotion. i liked then end when you stated "For the wrongness I've become-Save me, For I can't save myself" that is true and i can really relate to that. i'll give you 100 just because i relate to it lol! keep it up i like to read more!

I really liked this poem and i'm sort of an expert on dark angst :). The only critique I have is that the line "And I couldn't make my wounds heal" sort of veers away from what, otherwise, is a very nice flow.
