A Lover's SongA Poem by ShaunMosley
O' lovely, sweeping breeze
Of genuine delight, Of glory sunny summer's day, Of basking; cozy warmest light Of thrill and mesmerizing swell Of morning dew and golden hue Of oceanic mirrored eyes, Of sparkling green, and rarest blue O' lovely sweeping breeze Carry me off into that place Softer than a child's sneeze To her arms, and sweet embrace Upon my neck -wrapped -so tightly bound Oblivious to all around, submerged so deep, each day I drowned In this my Lover's Song
