Frail

Frail

A Poem by writerofshadows

Single weak mind
Tiny frail limbs

Soft thin skinned
I am a cascade of weakness
Bending, beginning to break
Under a tirade of trials
The whisper caught in the wind
The sail boat in the storm

The twig in the torrents

I am falling and

My parachute is the air
Through which I fall

My support

Has become my undoing

I have no will
To use the strength

I do not have
No breaker for this storm
No beams for support
I am defenseless
I am frail
