A LADY ON THE TRAIN

A LADY ON THE TRAIN

A Poem by shashank sinha

A lady on the train
Whirling here and there in the lane
Leaning loose over the window seat
To take a view of the beautiful terrain.

Alluring she was, like the bright full moon,
Pristine like the rainbow after the rain,
Her golden hair blowing in air
Caressing in gentle admiration
Her face half draped in cloth
As if preserving the essence of universe.

Resplendence redefined by the charm of her face
What an angelic body she had to compliment the best.

This is beautiful. Your choice of words have created an image in my head: a very strong image, and I can see what you probably could have seen when you were writing this. Very well done.
