Going out with your baby often can be difficult. You will have to take care of the baby's needs, but in a completely different environment, it can turn into awkward scenarios. In the past, diapering was a big hassle as mothers had no choice but to use cotton cloth as diapers, clumsy pins and annoying covers. Thus, disposable diapers where developed and most mothers found it miraculous. Now, about 80% of babies wear disposable ones. But are plastic ones really better? So, there are times when you are left wondering what the correct way of changing diapers is when you couldn’t find a restroom and are compelled to change it on a street or sidewalk. First of all you should grab out a changing pad or another absorbent pad (if one is available) and lay it down on the changing surface. Due to the fact that gravel and cement/pavements have rough surfaces, it is better if you spread something first if you are changing the diaper on the road, so that if your baby does move their head, they won't get scratched on the neck or small stones hurting them and the changing pad can prevent it effectively.  Rest of the process is same. It is important to be aware of the fact that the complete method of changing the diaper is same, but the environment and places you can do it are going to be limited to certain things and will make it a difficult task for you. Considering the method of a changing disposable baby diaper  than to diapers made from cloth, the former is much easier. Throwaway diapers mostly take less time to change.

Changing the diaper is just a part of the process. It is also important to efficiently clean the mess after the changing process.  Put the used disposable diaper in the nearest garbage pail or the cloth diapers in a plastic Zip-lock bag. Place all the trash from the diaper into a plastic bag. Take the plastic bag and either place it in your diaper bag or in the trash can. Throw out the bag once you come home or in a place where it is fine to throw out the trash. Keeping these things in mind will aid you immensely.
