Everybody's Fool

Everybody's Fool

A Poem by Sharkapillar
"

A poem with a double meaning.

"

I knew I couldn't fool myself

I thought, maybe I could fool

everyone else

She saw right through my transparency

But one crack w i d e n e d and they all could see

My face is fake, as is my skin

They think they know They don't know my sins

The glass splinters and shatters as loudly I scream

Running without moving as if in a dream

My mind tumbles in a turmoil of this cesspool

I was w r o n g...I have become everybody's fool.

Good work. This was confusing slightly with all the different texts but the way it was all thrown together was a nice touch.
