Spring and Summer, Please End Soon

Spring and Summer, Please End Soon

A Poem by Sharkapillar
"

Aimee will get this, I don't think anyone else will though

"

Dead flowers are her only friends

Until alive ones make amends

She dreams and hopes of their return

Whilst she doth watch the matches burn

Sprawled out on the hardwood floor

Wishing Winter's presence once more

To embrace that secret silvery friend

That must be hidden 'til Summer's end

Dark ink from the black quill drips

The words just 'neath her fingertips

Spelling out a single grief

Just one word with distant relief

The six letters of this sad word are

S, U, M, M, E, and R.

I like the old fashioned feel and it was a great poem but as promised, made no sense. XD Good job though.
