Hope

These are a few lines describing my version of hope.

Checkmate said the master,

Die said the divine,

Kill said the knife,

Live said the pen ....

Author's Note

This is my small attempt to describe hope. I am a big nonbeliever of destiny and fate, so my writings have a unique way of giving a positive vibe.

This brief poem seems to be a protest against apparent limitations. We must die, but we don't have to kill to be heard. That is where the pen comes in.
