Simply Simple Happiness

Simply Simple Happiness

A Poem by Shane
"

Sometimes it's just so much easier to not worry about it all. Just return to that place, be there for a moment, and remember what we felt.

"

A child, simply happy, draws a place --

Two windows and a simply happy door.

And behind that carelessly coloured space

Bays a simply, simple home; love;

A House.

Lest we fall before we explore all shores,

Lest we are found weary, tired and dreary,

Lest we are forlorn with a haunted mourning,

Lest we forget the Moment, lest we regret,

Just remember that no matter where we are,

There turns three shy moons to all four seasons;

There are beings from all horizons who

Strive to be happy for no particular reasons.

So take a crayon and be a child;

Draw two windows and a simply happy door.

Know that behind your carelessly coloured space

Bays a simply, simple place; life;

A House.

Lest we fall before we explore all shores,

Lest we are found weary, tired and dreary,

Lest we are forlorn with a haunted mourning,

Lest we forget the Moment, lest we regret,
