The end of today

What would it mean if the world ended today?

Would it matter that you were my last thoughts?

 

What about if it was my last day

Everyone else were to live

But i were to die

 

Would I be in your thoughts then?

Maybe, I hope

You were always in mine

 

Would it matter to you

If you made me smile

everytime I thought of you

 

Made me scream inside everytime

I thought of you leaving

never coming back

 

 What if you knew

That by being with me

You would die too

Would you come with me?

 

Our worlds could end at any given moment

If we were to look back on our last day

would we see a live worth living for, or  wasted time?

 

I know that everytime you look me in the eyes

That the world could end today

and I couldnt care less

as long as I was with you
