RollerCoaster Of Life

RollerCoaster Of Life

A Story by David Brannan (Shaggs)

RollerCoaster Of Life

From the moment you are born you are placed in what looks like an endless line to ride the roller coaster of life. A lot of the time is spent waiting in the blazing sun in anticipation of experiencing this “thrill” ride. When what seems like eternity you finally reach the front of the line and it's your turn to get on this continuously moving, never-ending roller coaster of life. Once situated in your designated seat and strapped in for the “long haul”, the coaster releases its brakes and slowly inches forward away from the safety of the platform. As it continues to move forward it catches the chain to give it a helping hand over the first big hill. The chain musters all its strength and steadily helps the coaster to the top. Success! The chain has done all it can do for the coaster and now it's left up to the coaster and fate. This coaster is definitely not for the weak, faint of heart, or squeamish. It's full of massive ups and plummeting downs, treacherous turns, dangerous curves, and insane twists. This coaster is unique in the sense that it doesn't give any hint or slight warning of whats ahead or about to come.
