Midwinter night's IllusionA Poem by .:Arianna:.
Only when
i remembered you again, did i realise, i had, for quite some time, forgotten you... It all comes back to me... How my poems were always seeking completion, your name in them, or else they were unworthy... Still, i can't believe i wrote your name, and now it will be spoken out loud... I wrote it in the colors of your eyes. Your so special eyes... One, deep grey, like the sea before a storm, one faded green, like the willows first leaves. I know, it would take more than luck for you, to ever lay eyes on even one of the hundred poems, the countless letters, i never meant to send to you. It would take Puck's mischievous action and Lord Oberon's crimson flowers to ever love me. Silly you, thinking it was an illusion... Silly me, hoping you were right... © 2011 .:Arianna:.Featured Review
