The Abyss

I look down,

and see my frown

reflected in

the water dark as sin.

it swirls and crashes

while it's victum thrashes.

without a sound

they begin to drown,

i watch in saddness

the water smiles in gladness

it has completed it's feat

while i lay down to sleep.
