Love of the Night

The lights are all out
And the Moon is about

I look up and see
It smiling at me

This is my favorite time
It's so very sublime

With the stars in the sky
It just makes me sigh

The peace is profound
As I lay on the ground

I close my eyes
And dream of the skys.

This was wonderful. I actually loved it. You described it very, very, very well!
I agree with the other people that reviewed this poem.
Usually (but not always) when I read a poem, I can't see the imagery, but in this one I can. I'm able see the images in my head, I can even draw what i see in my head when I read this.
It was very interesting too, especially because of the title, "Love of the Night" Haha, I'm always into romance genre stories and poems...lol.
Anyways, this was very good, and I enjoyed this too.
But I have no idea why you didn't get other reviews if your writing was simply amazing. I'll recomend other people to read this... *-*
