Dead Daylight

Dead Daylight

A Poem by wolfie

Python constricts
A sickness devouring
From the inside out
Increasing difficulty to breathe
Counting down the days and hours
Kneeling before an altar of decay
Limb by limb the legs bow
The forehead hits the ground
Dirt crawls its way into the mouth
Like worms, something is wriggling this way
Biting onto a tongue
Seeping into the veins
Ebony venom and a nightmare daze
Lethargic daydreams singing cursed lullabies
May tomorrow's light never come
