Just Watching Us Fall

Just Watching Us Fall

A Poem by wolfie

I lie back in a bed woven from the threads of Past
drifting down the river of present of someone else's life into someone else's future.
Our fates are interwoven,
but from this make shift raft no hand extends.
I lie back into the past,
just watching someone's present drifting into the future...
I just watch as their make shift raft, unsteady as it is,
tumbles down Future's waterfall.
