A Frame for Self-Believing

A Frame for Self-Believing

A Poem by wolfie

Ink dressed her wounds,
and covered her from head-to toe.
Beautiful or not.
Ugly or not.
She was never inflicted with the questions of her actions,
but her love for acting as she wanted.
Even with art and text wrapping around her skin,
there was yet to be someone to read the message on the surface.
The ink that so dutifully armored the spirit and spilled the world.
