Don't Die Without the Best Part Of You

Don't Die Without the Best Part Of You

A Poem by wolfie

The question of 'if' is so painful,
imagine what a series of choices could have led,
would I be who I am without my trail of pebbles?
The prints left in my life,
some so much heavier until almost unbearable,
others so light it wasn't even noticeable.
Where is that middle ground?
The fine line between love and hate is obscure,
life and death so blurred,
until I realize my heart split into two;
one beating so laborious,
the other's already giving up.
I'm flat-lining,
until the doctor AED,
and I'm brought back alive.

I guess there is this philosophy to life and living

there is no point in living and being dead

its not ok and life is too short for that
