The Heroes Unseen

The Heroes Unseen

A Poem by wolfie

Heart heavy,
head's pounding,
need aesthetics to keep moving,
peeling the veil from your silhouette,
discovering the catwalk,
crawling above the distance,
away from the spotlight,
hidden in the landscape,
gap between the star and the outcast,
the attention is too compressed,
concentrated and dense,
pry away from the stage,
it's not for us,
not for the shadows of the world,
we are the heroes unseen,
the ones who pave the path for the image they want,
we set the stage for the actors,
and we are the ones who hold the strings.
