Freedom

Freedom

A Poem by wolfie

Tear drops fall from heaven,
dark clouds overhead,
prison waves rock this ship
where doves can find no home.
Weeping swans with necks limp,
wait with worry,
ink swallow birds on the wrist,
ocean shore so far from reach,
no foreign beach for these lonely claws.
However, a storm so loud,
a storm so violent,
can't prevent these wings from flight.
