Ignite passion in my Blood

Ignite passion in my Blood

A Poem by wolfie

There's a pounding in my chest,

but there is no rhythm to the beat,

there is no passion in the drums,

no fire ignited in these veins,

want to feel something,

something besides the anger and frustration,

something warmer than these lukewarm tears,

a small smile randomly appears,

but there are other times,

times when I'm not sure my expressions match my intentions,

what is the point of wearing masks when I'm no good at lying
