Princess BeA Poem by wolfieGolden tears and ruby scars, frosted cakes dancing, thump-thump-thump! Hollow chest, drawers dripping red, bone deep conviction, swollen orbs peeping, ears ringing, bags and bones, creeping from the closet, followed by muffled screaming, NOT LISTENING! Footsteps leaking darkness, mind abandoned in insanity, pale wings for flight, vibrant with chaos, razor sharp claws, the same that stole my heart, in the absence of reality, gone is the interlude, where my melancholy blues played, clutter of regret where I stand, I'm sitting on my grave, skeletal hands tap away with jazz, Sensual swaying, fingertips caressing what was once me, devilish lips parted, biting into a frothing cake, bleeding red, Thump ~ Thump -Thu_ Collapse into the coffin, where once sleeping-beauty lied, Death, my charming Prince! © 2015 wolfie |
