Here it comes

What happened

I don’t know

I couldn’t prove

That they were wrong

But I know in my heart

That I did my best

I didn’t get

What I wanted to get

I didn’t go

Where I wanted to go

I didn’t do

What I wanted to do

Everyone gets it

Once in a while

Everyone knows

What it’s like

So smile.
